摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波结合穴位埋线对改善臀部脂肪团的临床疗效。方法选取60例存在臀部脂肪团的女性为受试者。将符合纳入标准的受试者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组接受体外冲击波治疗和穴位埋线治疗;对照组予穴位埋线治疗。对所有受试者,分别在治疗前、治疗后4周及治疗后8周行CSS评分、BFP评分、大腿围测量,评估臀部脂肪团改善程度。结果治疗前,两者受试者BMI值、Nürnberger分级、CSS评分、BFP评分、大腿围组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后4周及治疗后8周CSS评分存在显著性差异(P<0.05);臀部皮肤凹陷的数量及凹陷的深度较治疗前改善;两组治疗后4周与治疗前BFP差值及治疗后8周与治疗前差值存在显著性差异(P<0.05);两组受试者大腿围在治疗前后无改善,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论体外冲击波结合穴位埋线可改善女性臀部脂肪团的外观,降低体脂率,且未增加不良反应的风险。
Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal shock wave and acupoint catgut embedding on buttock cellulite.Methods 60 patients with buttock cellulite were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,Patients in the observation group received extracorporeal shock wave and acupoint catgut embedding treatment,and in the control group patients received acupoint catgut embedding treatment.For all subjects,cellulite severity scale,body fat percentage and thigh circumference were assessed before treatment,after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment.Results There was no significant difference in BMI,Nürnberger,CSS,BFP and thigh circumference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment,there were significant differences in CSS score compared with the controls(P<0.05).The number of skin depressions were reduced after treatment.The difference value of BFP after 4 weeks treatment and before treatment and the difference value of after 8 weeks treatment and before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).Nevertheless,there were no significant differences in thigh circumference(P>0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy and acupoint catgut embedding could alleviate the depressions of patients with cellulite,and it could improve skin appearance,and effectively reduce the level of BFP,and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
