低能量高频电凝法治疗眼周汗管瘤远期疗效观察

Observation of Long-term Efficacy of Improved Iow-energy and High-frequency Electrocoagulation Therapy for the Treatment of Syringocystadenoma

目的评价低能量高频电凝法治疗眼周汗管瘤的优势,远期疗效观察及复发情况相关因素分析。方法对2016年以来使用低能量高频电凝疗法治疗的600例眼周汗管瘤患者,追踪患者远期的治疗效果,至2020年底对仍能保持联系并愿意配合填写满意度调查问卷的254名患者的调查结果进行回顾性分析。结果患者治疗满意度与治疗次数呈正相关,r=0.2249,P=0.0003,在患者最满意的疗效因素中愈后皮肤状态最接近周围皮肤的选项分数最高。在汗管瘤致病相关因素中发现与生育相关因素带来的影响最大,且随着生育次数增加。结论低能量高频电凝疗法治疗眼周汗管瘤时除注重治疗效果外,对皮损及周围皮肤愈后状态的重视与相应调整可显著提高患者的满意度,并可帮助促使患者完成疗程。改善孕期及育后劳累及心理状况对降低发病率可有明显作用。

Objective To evaluate theadvantages and long-term efficacy and correlation analysis of recurrence of improved low-energy high-frequency electrocoagulation for the treatment of syringocystadenoma.Methods Based on the original use of CHR multi-functional surgical therapy instrument,the treatment of ophthalmic perimeter syringocystadenomapatients was carried out with low-energy high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy,and 254 patients were screened,the long-term treatment effect was tracked and retrospective analysis was carried out.Results The patient’satisfaction with treatment was positively correlated with the number of treatments,r=0.2249,P=0.0003,and the option score of the skin state closest to the surrounding skin after healing was the highest among the most satisfactory curative factors for patients.Among the factors associated with the pathogenesis of syringoma,the greatest impact was found to be related to fertility,and with the increase in the number of births.Conclusion In addition to focusing on the therapeutic effect of low-energy high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy in the treatment of syringoma,the repair of skin condition can bring about a long-term satisfactory recovery effect of patients,and improving pregnancy and post-child exertion and psychological status can have obvious effects on reducing the incidence.
