Grasping the Trend of Digital Economy: Tactical Choices of the Development of New Industrial Forms by Accelerating the Convergence of Culture and Science & Technology

党的十九届五中全会提出实施文化产业数字化战略,目前多元化需求、数字化应用、沉浸式体验三大动能催化着文化科技融合新业态的蓬勃发展。新业态发展呈现出政府政策供给强度攀升、企业主动参与创新活力激发、融合创新开放生态形成、融合创新发展格局成型的总体态势。进入新时代,要加快文化产业数字化的进程,应以建设“数字中国”为目标,主动加快文化科技融合、促进新业态发展,克服核心生产技术受制困境、数据资源供给孤岛困境、头部企业带动不足困境和制定扶持政策滞后困境,以顶层设计策略引领新业态发展的新征程、以数字赋能策略塑造新业态发展的新格局、以链式发展策略打造新业态发展的新高地、以战略项目策略拓展新业态发展的新空间、以头部培育策略推动新业态发展的新量级。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed the implementation of the digital strategy of the cultural industry.At present,three forces,that is diversified demand,digital application and immersive experience,are driving the vigorous development of the new industrial formsbyconverging culture and scientific&technology.The development of new industrial forms shows the overall trend of increasing the supply intensity of government policies,stimulating active participation in innovation vitality of enterprises,forming an integrated innovation and opening ecology,and forming an integrated innovation development pattern.In the new era,in order to speed up the digitization process of cultural industry,we should take the construction of“Digital China”as the goal;actively accelerate the convergence of culture and science&technology to promote the development of new industrial forms;overcome the difficulties of restricted core production technology,isolated island of data resource supply,insufficient driving of leading enterprises and lagging behind in formulating supporting policies;and lead the new journey of new industry development with top-level design strategy,shape the new pattern of new business development with digital empowerment strategy,build a new highland of new business development with chain development strategy,expand the new space of new business development with strategic project strategy,and promote the new level of new business development with head cultivation strategy.
