新建地方本科院校成为地方城市发展共同体的发展路径——基于威斯康星理念的思考

The Approach for Newly-Founded Local Universities to Integrating into the Community of Urban Development——Thoughts from the Perspective of the Wisconsin Idea

伴随着高等教育大众化的进程,经过近20年的发展,新建地方本科院校已经成为高等教育的中坚力量,但同时也不断凸显出发展所面临的问题,转型发展已经成为国家和社会的必然要求。威斯康星大学成功的发展理念,为地方本科院校与地方城市结成发展共同体、寻求发展的新路径,提供了极好的借鉴。第一,开放办学,让校园与城市融为活动空间的共同体;第二,共同治理,让城市和大学成为发展目标的共同体;第三,人才共享,打造校地应用型人才资源的共同体;第四,产教融合,形成学科与产业创新资源的共同体;第五,传承文化,让大学成为城市文化传承创新的共同体。

In the process of the popularization of higher education,newly-founded local universities,after 20 years of development,have become its backbone.But there are still some problems in the development of local universities,so their transformation and upgrading has been inevitable.The successful development concept of the University of Wisconsin System provides a good reference for local universities’establishing communities of urban development together with the cities where they locate and finding out a new approach to development.First,they should open up to build a community of activity space through the integration of campus and local city.Second,they should support city governess so that universities and the local city can become a community with shared development targets.Third,talents from universities and cities should be shared to build up a community of applied talents.Fourth,industry and education should integrate to form a community of discipline and industry innovation resources.Fifth,culture should be inherited and universities ought to become a community of urban culture inheriting and innovation.
