摘要 串励电机的磁通、扭矩、速度等相互影响,其用于直流钻机绞车拖动时,因变档、变速、变载而导致的负载惯量连续变化,致使其调速控制复杂且极易振荡。本文结合电机的特点,并根据绞车的结构、操作工艺、速度指标等特点,以SINAMICS DCM直流调速整流器为工具,以不同于常规的速度反馈、扭矩反馈获取方式,构成了具有鲜明特色的调速控制系统,并辅以变参数自适应措施。经现场实际验证表明,该系统可取得比较理想的调速效果,可满足用户的操作工艺指标要求。 The magnetic flux,torque,speed of the series excitation motor affect each other.When it is used for drawworks driving?of the DC drilling rig,the load inertia changes continuously due to gear change,speed change and load change,and which results in complex speed control and easy oscillation of the system.Combined with the characteristics of the motor,according to the structure,operation process,speed index and other characteristics of the drawworks and taking SINAMICS DCM DC speed regulating rectifier as a tool,a distinctive speed regulating control system is presented.The control system possesses variable parameter adaptive measures and different acquisition method from the conventional speed feedback and torque feedback.The field verifications show that the control system can achieve ideal speed regulation effect and can meet the requirements of the users'operation process indexes.
