摘要
介绍了自行弹出斜顶脱模机构的设计原理、动作原理及结构要求,对机构各部分使用CAD软件进行详细的3D造型设计及必要的动作模拟,其包括了导向部分设计、弹力驱动部分设计、注射成型承压部分设计,成型脱模部分设计、拆装配模方便、动作稳定可靠等,这一机构对模具精度提出了更高的要求。根据3D造型设计验证优化后安排制造了整副模具。通过模具的试生产进行结构的最终验证,结果表明这一机构可完全实现倒扣位的脱模要求,机构动作稳定可靠,可大幅度提升模具的紧凑化设计水平及提高模具精度标准要求,缩减尺寸实现模具轻量化目的,同样达到节能减排、降本增效的目标。
Detailed introduction is made to the design principle,action principle and structure requirements of self-popping inclined top demolding mechanism.Detailed 3D modeling design and necessary action simulation are carried out for each part of the mechanism using CAD software,including design of guide part,elastic drive part,design of injection pressure-bearing part,design of molding demolding part,convenient and reliable disassembly and assembly mold,etc..The mechanism puts forward higher requirements for mold accuracy.After verification and optimization according to software 3D design,a complete set of molds was arranged and manufactured.The final verification of the structure is carried out through trial production of the mold.The result shows that this mechanism can fully meet the demolding requirement of the inverted position,the structure action is stable and reliable,the compact design level of the mold and the standard requirement of improving the precision of the mold can be greatly improved,and the light weight of the mold can be realized by reducing the dimension.At the same time,the goal of energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase can be achieved.
