成渝地区双城经济圈协同创新水平测度及空间联系网络演化研究 被引量:12

Research on the Measurement of Collaborative Innovation Level and Evolution of Spatial Connection Network in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

摘要 基于基础创新和协同创新两个维度,构建考察城市协同创新综合水平的指标体系;采用引力模型和社会网络分析方法可实现量化数据和关系数据的结合,并从空间维度直观地研究成渝地区双城经济圈协同创新空间联系网络的结构特征和时空演化。结果发现:成渝地区协同创新发展处于探索追赶阶段,协同创新水平不均衡;整体网络联系尚不稳定,协同创新联系强度断层现象严重,各节点的协同创新自主性较为均衡,但成渝双核的“控制力”和“桥梁”作用过强;凝聚子群重构优化形成“成都-荣昌-永川-重庆主城”的协同创新主轴,但存在邻近“抱团”情况,行政壁垒尚未完全破除,缺乏跨越地理格局和行政区划的创新凝聚子群;“接壤区洼地”“东北翼边缘地带”是成渝地区形成紧密协同创新空间联系网络需着力破除的关键点。 Based on the two dimensions, basic innovation level and collaborative innovation level, this paper constructs an indicator system to examine the comprehensive level of urban collaborative innovation. Using the gravity model and social network analysis method can realize the combination of the quantitative data and relational data. And then, it intuitively analyzes the collaborative innovation space network structure characteristics and time-space evolution of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from the spatial dimension. Results show that the development of collaborative innovation is in the "exploration and catch-up phase". The level of collaborative innovation is uneven. The overall network connection is unstable, and the inter collaborative innovation connection strength is seriously faulted. The collaborative innovation independence of each node city is relatively balanced, but the "control" and "bridge" of the Chengdu-Chongqing dual core are too strong. Cohesion subgroup is reconstructed and optimized to form a main axis of collaborative innovation of "Chengdu-Rongchang-Yongchuan-Chongqing Main City". But cohesion subgroup is adjacent to "coalesce",administrative barriers have not been completely broken, and there is a lack of innovative cohesive subgroups that span geographic patterns and administrative divisions.The "swamps in the contiguous area" and the "marginal zone of the northeast wing" are the key points that need to be broken down to form a close collaborative innovation spatial network in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
