纪检监察学是研究纪检监察思想制度及其相关活动的学科。作为一门新兴学科,纪检监察学具有浓厚的中国特色和深远的世界意义。如何探索一条有效的学科建设路径不仅是当前该学科面临的重中之重,也是推动纪检监察工作规范化、专业化、法治化的必然要求。基于纪检监察学学科内容的独特性,应当把握好纪检监察学科的属性和内容,在研究范式上要坚持建构主义与经验主义的结合,在人才培养上要实现专业素能与专业范畴的融合,在发展理念上要兼顾监察法治与监察方法,以此实现纪检监察学学科建设的持续性,推动纪检监察学学科建设向纵深发展。

The subject of Discipline Inspection and Supervision studies the ideological system of inspection and supervision and its related activities.As an emerging discipline,it has strong Chinese characteristics and farreaching global significance.How to explore an effective discipline construction path is not only the top priority of the discipline at present,but also an inevitable requirement to promote the standardization,specialization and legalization of discipline inspection and supervision.Based on the uniqueness of the subject of Discipline Inspection and Supervision,we should grasp the attributes and content of the subject of Discipline Inspection and Supervision,adhere to the combination of constructivism and empiricism in the research paradigm,achieve the integration of professional qualities and abilities and professional scope in training of talent,and balance the rule of law and supervision methods in the development concept,so as to realize the sustainable and in-depth development of the subject of Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
