中缅输油管道翻越点变径流动模拟

摘要 中缅输油管线是云南省能源储存的重要运输线。管线途经的云南山区山体坡度较大,输油管线中输送油品的压力和输送比例对管道自身安全和沿线生产安全影响大。借助计算流体动力学软件中的模拟程序对中缅输油管线进行模拟,建立流体控制方程,对翻越点前后管道内流体流动情况进行计算,确定了设置变径管的最佳位置,提高了管线运行的能源效率。 The China-Myanmar oil pipeline is an important transportation line for energy storage in Yunnan Province.The geographical conditions in the Yunnan mountainous area where the pipeline passes have large slopes and overturning points.The pressure and transportation ratio of oil products in the oil pipeline transportation have a great impact on the safety of the pipeline itself and the production safety along the line.And it also has far-reaching significance for production safety along the pipeline.By using the simulation program in CFD software,the China-Myanmar oil pipeline was simulated,the fluid control equation was established,the fluid flow in the pipeline before and after the overturning point was calculated,and the best position for setting the reducer was determined,and energy efficiency of pipeline operation was improved.
