摘要
H-H型螺纹锁紧环热交换器结构复杂,其设计计算涉及的零部件多,目前尚未形成公开的、统一的算法及计算程序。以某加氢装置热交换器的设计为例,结合相关标准、文献以及压力容器设计经验,介绍了H-H型螺纹锁紧环热交换器的结构特点以及热交换器管、壳程的密封原理,落实了热交换器壳程筒体、封头、管板、梯形大螺纹、螺纹锁紧环、管箱盖板以及管箱筒体等主要受压元件的受力分析及校核计算过程。可为类似热交换器的设计计算提供参考。
The H-H type breech-lock closure heat exchanger has a complex structure,its design and calculation involve many parts,and a public and unified algorithm and calculation program have not yet been formed.Taking the design of a heat exchanger for a hydrogenation unit as an example,combined with relevant standards,literature,and pressure vessel design experience,the structural characteristics of the H-H type breech-lock closure heat exchanger and the sealing principle of the heat exchanger tube and shell side were introduced.The force analysis and calculation for the shell side cylinder and head,the tube sheet,the trapezoidal large thread,the breech-lock,the tube side cover plate,and cylinder,etc.,were carried out.It can provide references for the design and calculation of similar heat exchangers.
