摘要
根据应用需求,调研了基于电流调制的高重频激光器技术研究现状,开展了高速大电流脉冲激光驱动、高重频大负载波形发生控制和高重频半导体激光调制的理论设计及实验研究,实现单模块905 nm激光器峰值功率32.2 W、重频频率22.4 MHz、脉宽~11.1 ns激光输出。
According to application requirements,the research status of high repetition frequency laser technology based on current modulation is investigated.The theoretical design and experimental research of high-speed high current pulse laser drive,high frequency heavy load waveform generation control and high frequency semiconductor laser modulation are carried out to realize the laser output of single module 905 nm laser with peak power of 32.3 W,repetition frequency of 22.4 MHz and pulse width of~11.1 ns.
