An Application of Big Data Analysis to Ergonomic Evaluation of Airborne Information System

文章利用大数据分析技术,提取某机载复杂信息系统在任务执行过程中的频繁操作项,对频繁操作项的操作方式进行梳理,利用GOMS方法对操作步骤进行分析,并对频繁操作项操作进行了统计分析,发现频繁操作项的操作步骤多,操作时间长的问题,并对此提出两种解决方法,一是设计理想眼动轨迹从而优化界面设计,二是提出增加快捷操作方式,并把增加快捷操作方式后节省的操作时间进行了计算,至少可以节省27.3 s的时间,表明增加快捷操作方式可以提高操作使用效率,从而提高系统使用效能。

Based on big data analysis technique,this paper extracts frequent operation items of an airborne information system during task execution operation and classifies operation mode of the frequent operation items.Statistical analysis of operation steps is made and the problems such as many steps and long operation time are found,so two solutions are proposed.First,an ideal eye tracking is designed to optimize interface design.Second,efficient mode of operation is added so the operation time is down by at least 27.3 s,which is shown that adding efficient mode of operation can improve operation efficiency and use efficiency of system.
