摘要
以某强迫风冷军用加固计算机为研究对象,设计了全封闭加固计算机,阐述了该箱体的结构特点、、密封和电磁兼容等具体解决办法。阐述了风机的选型思路,并用Icepak热分析软件对加固计算机内的冷板和风道肋片进行了优化组合,得出了较优的肋片数量和厚度。同时对风道的形状进行了优化分析,提出了弧形出风口,使风道散热效果更佳。文章所设计的全封闭加固计算机增强了电磁兼容性,同时达到了良好的散热性能,可为类似工程设计提供参考。
Taking a certain forced air cooling military ruggedized computer as a study object,a fully enclosed computer is designed.The structural characteristics and solution of sealing and electromagnetic compatibility of the computer are described.The solution of fan selection is described.The fins of cold plate and air duct are optimized via Icepak software to obtain optimal number and thickness of the fins.Meanwhile,the shape of air duct is optimized and the arc-shaped air outlet is proposed to obtain better heat dissipation of air duct.The proposed computer enhances electromagnetic compatibility and achieves good heat dissipation,which can be provided a reference for similar engineering design.
