摘要
中医皮肤病学是一门纷繁复杂的学科,其中许多疾病的发生发展与患者的情志有较密切的关联。我们在教学实践过程中发现如果采用情志辨证为主线,结合六经或脏腑辨证不仅有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,更对提高其临证能力有着较大的指导意义。对于焦虑抑郁、恐惧担心的患者,提示我们可以从三阴入手,而压抑、紧张压力的患者从三阳经开始。而通过对浮躁、急躁、暴躁、烦躁和焦躁等情志的分析可以帮助学生理清思路,有效判断五脏具体的病因病机,较好地达到课堂学习效果和目的。重视情志教学非常有助于学生的课堂学习和自身的身心健康,值得进一步研究。
Dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine is a complicated subject,and the occurrence and development of many diseases are closely related to the emotions of patients.In the process of teaching practice,we found that if the dialectics of emotion is adopted as the main line,combined with the dialectics of“six meridians”or“viscera”,it will not only stimulate students’interest in learning,activate the classroom atmosphere,but also have a greater guiding significance for improving their clinical ability.For patients with anxiety,depression,fear,and worry,it is suggested that we can start with three yin,and to relieve tension and stress starts with the three yang meridian.And through the analysis of impetuous,impatient,irritable,irritable and irritable emotions,students can clarify their thinking,effectively judge the specific etiology and pathogenesis of“five viscera”,and better achieve the effect and purpose of classroom learning.Emphasizing emotional teaching is very helpful to students’classroom learning and their own physical and mental health,and it is worth further research.
