误诊案例联合CBL教学模式在中医儿科学教学中的应用 被引量:3

The Application of Misdiagnosis Cases Combined with Case-based Learning Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的探究与分析误诊案例联合以临床病例为基础的教学方法(CBL)在中医儿科学教学中的应用。方法采取随机数字表法将2018年6月-2020年6月在中国医科大学院属第一医院学习中医儿科学课程的120名医学生分组,各60名,对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用误诊案例联合CBL教学法,对比2组医学生对教学效果的评价、基础知识成绩、操作技能成绩、总考试成绩以及医学生对不同教学方法的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比,观察组提高自主学习能力、提高学习兴趣、提高鉴别诊断能力、提高临床思维能力、提高理论联系实际能力的医学生所占比例较高,观察组基础知识成绩、操作技能成绩、总考试成绩较高,对教学方法的满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将误诊案例联合CBL教学模式应用于中医儿科学教学中能够提高医学生的各项能力,获得更好的教学效果,医学生对此类教学方法的满意度也较高。 Objective To explore and analyze misdiagnosed cases combined with clinical case-based learning teaching method(CBL)teaching mode in the teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 120 medical students who received TCM pediatrics teaching in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups,with 60 students in each group.The control group was given routine teaching,and the observation group was given misdiagnosed cases combined with CBL teaching method.The two groups of medical students were compared on the evaluation of teaching effect,the results of basic knowledge,operation skills,total test scores and the satisfaction of medical students with different teaching methods.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher percentage of medical students who believed that they had improved their independent learning ability,increased their interest in learning,improved their differential diagnosis ability,improved their clinical thinking ability,and improved their ability to integrate theory with practice,and their scores in basic knowledge and operational skills.The overall test score,the satisfaction with the teaching method of the observation group was higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of misdiagnosis cases combined with CBL teaching mode in the teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the various abilities of medical students and obtain better teaching results.Medical students are also highly satisfied with such teaching methods.
