Discussion on Wang Weiyi’s Academic Thought of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Its Influence

被称为北宋针灸大家的王惟一,将宋之前的针灸知识归纳整理为《铜人腧穴针灸图经》(以下简称《图经》),后依据《图经》铸造2座针灸铜人,并将经中内容篆刻在一个石碑上,让文献更利于留存下去,他所铸造的针灸铜人对后世医学的发展起到无法估量的作用,也为针灸临床的发展奠定了稳固的基石。文章论述王惟一的成就,有助于我们更加深入地把握他的历史成就与影响。

Wang Weiyi,known as the master of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Northern Song Dynasty,summarized and sorted Illustrated Manual of Acupuncture Points of the Bronze Figure(hereinafter referred to as Tujing),then cast two acupuncture and moxibustion bronze figures according to the Tujing,and engraved the contents of the manual on a stone tablet to make the literature more conducive to retention,The bronze Figure of acupuncture and moxibustion he forged played an inestimable role in the development of later medicine and laid a solid foundation for the development of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic.This paper discusses Wang’s unique achievements,which will help us to grasp his historical achievements and influence more deeply.
