将王国斌教授临床诊疗视频引入中医诊断学课堂,完整地将患者就诊,四诊采集方法、医生对疾病的检查、诊断、写病历及开处方的全过程进行演示,把课本晦涩难懂的知识点转化为鲜活的医案,以视频为载体,学生如亲临其境,实现现场跟名师做临床的目的。以期达到“课堂展现临床,临床融入课堂”的效果,优化中医诊断学课程的教学模式和教学过程,改善学生理论知识与临床脱节的状况,培养学生的临床辨证思维能力和综合分析病案能力。

Professor Wang Guobin’s clinical diagnosis and treatment video was introduced into class of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,and the whole process of patients’treatment,four diagnosis collection methods,doctors’examination of diseases,diagnosis,writing medical records and prescribing was demonstrated completely.The obscure knowledge points in textbooks were transformed into vivid medical records,and the video was used as a carrier,so that students could visit their places in person and achieve the purpose of following famous teachers on the spot and doing clinical work.To achieve the effect of“showing the clinic in the classroom and integrating the clinic into the classroom”,the teaching mode and process of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine course was optimized,the disconnection between students’theoretical knowledge and clinic was improved,and students’ability of clinical dialectical thinking and comprehensive analysis of medical records were cultivated.
