温经汤配合灸法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenjing Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

目的探究温经汤加减配合灸法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法将56例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。治疗组采用温经汤配合艾灸治疗,对照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月经周期。治疗结束后进行疗效判定。分别于治疗前、治疗后及停药3个月后使用视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评价疗效。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为96.4%(27/28),明显优于对照组的82.1%(23/28),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组VAS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组VAS评分均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);停药3个月后,对照组VAS评分比治疗后明显升高,治疗组VAS评分与治疗后差异无统计学意义,但明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤配合灸法能够减轻寒凝血瘀型痛经,有临床指导意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenjing decoction combined with moxibustion in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 56 cases of dyspenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wenjing decoction and moxibustion,and the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule.The course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.The curative effect was determined after the treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the efficacy before treatment,after treatment and 3 months after discontinuation.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.4%(27/28),which was significantly better than that of the control group 82.1%(23/28),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After 3 months of drug withdrawal,the VAS score in the control group was significantly higher than that after treatment,while the VAS score in the treatment group was not significantly different from that after treatment,but was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction combined with moxibustion can relieve dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis,which has clinical guiding significance and is worth popularizing.
