二参汤治疗本虚标实类疼痛疾病的应用研究

以本虚标实为病机的疾病,多以气虚,血虚常见;致病因素主要有气滞、血瘀、痰浊等,这些因素可引发脏腑功能失调,经络气血运行不畅的情况,临床症状多以疼痛为主。基于此类病机,临床当从益气活血祛瘀,祛痰止痛,通窍活血等角度立法成方。此文探索二参汤在治疗本虚标实类疼痛疾病的用药调整,以及应用面的拓展通过对本虚标实类疼痛疾病病因病机的分析,研究二参汤的临床应用。发现二参汤治疗本虚标实类疼痛疾病的用药变化灵活,尚有不少可拓展空间以供研究。

Diseases that take the original deficiency and the superficial as the pathogenesis are mostly qi deficiency,and blood deficiency is common.The causative factors mainly refer to stagnation of qi,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,etc.,which cause visceral dysfunction and poor circulation of qi and blood in the channels and collaterals.The clinical symptoms are mostly pain.Based on this kind of pathogenesis,clinical prescriptions should be formulated from the perspectives of replenishing qi,activating blood and removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and relieving pain,and promoting orifice and blood circulation.This article explores the adjustment of the medication of Ershen decoction in the treatment of painful diseases with the deficiency of the original condition and the actual condition and the expansion of the application.The clinical application of Ershen decoction was studied by analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of pain diseases.Ershen decoction is flexible in the treatment of this deficiency standard pain disease,and there is still a lot of room for study.
