中医药院校众创空间运营管理机制研究

Research on the Operation and Management Mechanism of Public Innovation Space in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

“大众创业、万众创新”近年来已成为热潮,中医药院校建立众创空间,对培育创新创业型人才、增强创新创业能力具有重要意义。在大环境背景下如何运营管理众创空间,是重要的现实问题,全国高等中医药院校众创空间存在以下问题:创新创业缺乏原动力;功能定位不明确;制度保障权、责、利不明细;团队队伍创新创业专业性薄弱;科技成果转化机制不健全等。为促进中医药院校众创空间运营管理更好地发展,提高整体的创新创业水平,现以河南中医药大学为载体,建设全方位一体化的“3体系+2平台”中医药院校众创空间运营管理机制,其中包括制度体系、保障体系、方法体系、科研产品孵化平台和科技创享实践平台,有效加速中医药院校创新创业教育改革,更好地适应国家创新高等教育的总体发展。

“Popular entrepreneurship and innovation”has become a boom in recent years.The establishment of a public innovation space in school of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents and enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.How to operate and manage the public innovation space in the context of the general environment is an important practical issue.The public innovation space in university of traditional Chinese medicine across the country has the following problems:lack of motivation for innovation and entrepreneurship,unclear functions positioning;unclear system guarantee rights,responsibilities,and benefits.The team is weak in innovation and entrepreneurship,and the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements is not sound.In order to promote the better development of the operation and management of the public innovation space in university of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the overall level of innovation and entrepreneurship,the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is now used as the carrier to build an all-round integrated“3 systems+2 platform”university of traditional Chinese medicine,create a space operation and management mechanism,including institutional systems,guarantee systems,method systems,scientific research product incubation platforms,and technology innovation and enjoyment practice platforms,effectively accelerating the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of university of traditional Chinese medicine,and better adapting to the overall development of national innovation higher education.
