以科研创新能力为导向的中西医结合基础研究生培养模式探索

Exploration on the Training Mode of Graduate Students of Basic Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Oriented by Scientific Research Innovation Ability

中西医结合基础是我国高等医学院校的特色学科,随着中医学高速发展和高水平大学建设要求,培养和提升中西医结合基础研究生科研创新能力尤为重要。文章从加强导师团队建设、提高研究生文献检索和文献汇报能力、参加学术交流和导师科研项目以及科研道德和科研精神的培养方面探讨中西医结合基础研究生科研创新能力的培养。

The basicstudy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is a characteristic discipline in medical colleges and universities in China.With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and the requirements of high-level university construction,it is particularly important to cultivate and enhance the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates of basic study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper discussed the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of graduate students of basic study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from the aspects of strengthening the construction of tutor team,improving the ability of literature retrieval and reporting,participating in academic exchanges and scientific research projects of tutors,as well as the cultivation of scientific research ethics and scientific research spirit.
