乡村文化振兴与共同体重建:基于浙江省诸暨市的案例分析

文化振兴是我国乡村振兴战略的重要内容,而文化振兴的推动机制与乡村共同体的重建机制是同构的。在浙江省诸暨市的两个村落案例中,我们利用社会学对共同体的解释框架,从人才、组织、活动、空间和价值观念五个维度探讨了乡村文化振兴的结构性要素。我们发现这五个维度的要素彰显了政府与社会、村外与村内在各个方面上的沟通、赋能与合作。在外部资源引导和内部制度设计的支持下,诸暨市的两个案例村庄涵养了各具特色的优质乡村文化,并以文化振兴带动了乡村共同体整体的复兴。诸暨市的案例可以为其他地区的乡村振兴提供诸多经验。

Cultural revitalization is an important element of China’s rural revitalization strategy, and the promotionmechanism of cultural revitalization is isomorphic with the reconstruction mechanism of rural communities.Based on the cases of two villages in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, this article, framed by sociologicalstudy of community, explores the structural elements of rural cultural revitalization, including fivedimensions of talent return, organizational reconstruction, activity reunion, spatial reconstruction and value-culture reconstruction. These five dimensions are both horizontally coordinated and represent thecommunication, empowerment and cooperation of government, social organizations and rural communities intheir respective dimensions with their own characteristics. Through the guidance of external resources andinternal institutional design, the two case villages in Zhuji have realized the upgrading of rural culture in allaspects, and the cultural revitalization has led to the reconstruction and revival of the community as a whole. Zhuji’s cases can provide many experiences for the cultural revitalization of villages in other regions.
