大型集成化装配式高分子复合防水板的研发与生产

R&D and Production of Large Integrated Assembled Polymer Composite Waterproofing Board

利用拼装原理研制了一种适用于隧道防水的大型集成化装配式高分子复合防水板,由双向预装毛刺带、装配式叠合布和复合防水板组成,从主体材料的选择、配方设计、生产工艺、物理力学性能测试等方面介绍了该装配式防水板的研发与生产过程。该装配式防水板可以实现隧道防水层的无损安装。

Based on the assembly principle,a large-scale integrated assembled polymer composite waterproofing board suitable for tunnel waterproofing is developed,which is composed of two-way pre-installed burr belt,assembled laminated cloth and composite waterproofing board.The research,development and production process of the assembled waterproofing board are introduced from the aspects of main material selection,formula design,production technology,physical and mechanical performance test etc.The prefabricated waterproofing board can realize the nondestructive installation of the tunnel waterproofing layer.
