摘要
为了研究蜡粉对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响规律,分别采用聚乙烯蜡(PEW)、氧化聚乙烯蜡(OPE)、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)进行试验,通过不同种类、不同添加量做对比试验,并考察涂料的耐热性、低温柔性、延伸性、130℃黏度和应力松弛。结果表明:在采用蜡粉对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料进行改性时,最优选择应为EBS蜡粉,其添加量应控制在2%~4%。
In order to study the influence of wax powder on the performance of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating,polyethylene wax(PEW),oxidized polyethylene wax(OPE)and ethylene bis stearamide(EBS)are used respectively to conduct comparative tests with different materials and addition amount,and the heat resistance,low temperature flexibility,elongation,viscosity and stress relaxation at 130℃of the coating are investigated as well.The results show that EBS wax powder is the best choice for the modification of non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating,and its addition amount should be controlled within 2%~4%.
