摘要
选用不同粒径的纯纳米碳酸钙产品与1500目非活性重质碳酸钙按不同比例复配用于制备硅酮密封胶,通过比较基料黏度、稠度、挤出率以及密封胶制品的密度、黏度、稠度、挤出率、表干时间、拉伸强度、最大强度伸长率、弹性恢复率等指标,得出:用粒径越细的纯纳米碳酸钙能复配更多的重质碳酸钙,制得的密封胶密度及各项性能均达到标准要求,且成本更低。
Compound of pure nano calcium carbonate products of different particle sizes and 1500 mesh inactive heavy calcium carbonate in different proportions are used to prepare silicone sealant.By comparing the viscosity,consistency,extrusion rate of the base material and the density,viscosity,consistency,extrusion rate,surface drying time,tensile strength,maximum strength elongation,elastic recovery rate and other indicators of the sealant products,the paper gets the results that the finer the particle size of pure nano calcium carbonate is,the more heavy calcium carbonate it can be compounded with,the density and properties of the sealant can meet the standard requirements,and the cost is lower.
