白色硅酸盐水泥中国标准与GOST标准比对研究

Comparative Study on Chinese Standard and GOST Standard for White Portland Cement

为了促进我国白色硅酸盐水泥在共建“一带一路”国家的使用,深入了解白色硅酸盐水泥中国标准与GOST标准技术要求差异,本文从组成成分、物理力学性能、化学指标及安全性要求、白度及试验方法等方面进行标准关键技术指标比对。比对结果有三种情况:一致、严于和依据执行。对于水泥生产企业出口白色硅酸盐水泥到中亚国家等实施GOST的地区,提供组织生产的依据,以减少标准引起的技术性贸易壁垒带来的直接经济损失和新增成本。

In order to promote the consumption of Chinese white portland cement in countries along the Belt and Road and understand the differences of the technical requirements of white portland cement between Chinese standard and GOST standard,the paper compares the key technical indicators of the Chinese and GOST standards from the aspects of composition,physical and mechanical properties,chemical indexes and safety requirements,whiteness and test methods.There are three comparative results:consistency,inconsistency and uncompatibility.The research provides production reference for the Chinese cement producers exporting portland cement to the Central Asian countries that apply GOST standards,so as to reduce the immediate economic loss and the additional cost brought by technical barriers of standards.
