Analysis of the Main Changes in the Revision of the Administrative Measures for Water Conservancy Standardization

为更好地推动实施2019年版《水利标准化工作管理办法》,本文对比分析了2019年版和2003年版水利部印发的办法框架结构与具体条文。通过分析,得出了办法修订前后的主要变化情况和2019年版办法印发后水利标准化工作重点。

This paper makes a comparative analysis of the framework and specific provisions of the Administrative Measures for Water Conservancy Standardization issued by the Ministry of Water Resources successively in 2019 and2003,in order to better push forward its imple mentation.The main changes in the revision of the Administrative Measure s and the key points of water conservancy standardization work in the 2019 edition are obtained through analysis.
