上海市食品安全风险交流现状分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Shanghai Food Safety Risk Communication

本文立足上海市实际情况,综合运用文献研究、半结构式访谈、焦点小组访谈、实地调研等方法,从交流架构及风险交流主要内容及特点总结归纳新媒体时代下上海市食品安全风险交流现状,指出了风险交流机制尚不完善、风险交流专业人员不足、公众风险认知调查和效果评估调查缺乏、风险交流模式互动性不强、风险交流新媒体技巧欠缺等问题。最终提出完善风险交流工作机制、开展风险认知调查、建立风险交流专业队伍、畅通风险交流信息渠道、实施精准风险交流等多角度的建议。

This study based on the actual situation in Shanghai using several methods such as literature research,semi-structured interview,focus group interviews and field survey.It summarized the present situation mainly about framework,content and characteristics,pointing out the imperfect risk communication mechanism;inadequate professionals;lack of risk perception survey and effect evaluation survey;lack of interactive risk communication mode and new media skills in risk communication.Finally,it puts forward suggestions from multiple perspectives,such as improving risk communication mechanism,implementing risk cognition and effect evaluation survey,establishing a professional communication team,building information feedback channels and conducting targeted risk communication.
