出版物责任者中的“等”及其标准化取向

出版物责任者后附“等”,尺度不一,不少与GB/T 7714—2015抵牾。对现有用法条分缕析,指出这类用法中的“等”性质不尽相同,分属三个范畴,阐述不同范畴“等”现存的问题及标准化取向,为国标的修订提供技术指引和支撑。在国标未予修订的情况下,质检人员在判定差错时对此问题应采取审慎态度。现代作者后附“等”不应被视为规范的署名方式,出版单位应在出版合同中对署名形式、署名顺序、责任方式和署名位置逐一确认并核实,以免发生不必要的著作权纠纷。

There are different scales when using the Chinese Character"Deng"that means etc.in the creators of the publication,many of which violate the requirements of GB/T 7714—2015.The paper analyzes the existing usage in detail,points out that the use of"Deng"can be divided into three different categories because of different internal properties,expounds the existing problems and standardization orientation of the"Deng"in different categories,which can provide technical guidance and support for the revision of GB/T 7714—2015.As GB/T 7714—2015 has not been revised,the quality inspection personnel should take a cautious attitude towards this problem when judging errors.Using"Deng"in modern authors should not be regarded as a standard way of signature.In order to avoid unnecessary copyright disputes,the publisher should verify the form,order,nature and position of the signature and confirm them one by one in the publishing contract.
