摘要
标准化管理工作是企业发展的内生驱动力,企业管理活动中的标准化管理缺陷和不足,直接影响企业制度的决策导向。提升企业标准化管理建设工作,实现管理实际及业务的紧密融合是企业增强创新力、控制力、抗风险能力的基础保障。本文围绕内蒙古超高压供电公司标准管理提升建设的角度进行思考,分析企业标准化管理现状和企业标准化管理建设提升的路径,提出标准与业务融合关联、标准化管理自评价、实施与改进、提升式奖励机制等管理策略,指出标准化管理提升的实施重点,促进企业标准化管理向精益化水平迈进。
Standardized management work is the endogenous driving force of enterprise development,and the defects and deficiencies of standardized management in enterprise management activities directly affect the decision-making of the enterprise system.Improving the standardization management of enterprises and realizing the close integration of management practice and business can help enterprises enhance innovation,control,and anti-risk capabilities.To improve the standard management in Inner Mongolia EHV power supply company,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise standardization management and the improvement path,and proposes management measures,such as the integration of standards and business,self-evaluation of standardized management,implementation and improvement,and incentive mechanisms.It points out the implementation focus of standardized management improvement,to promote enterprise standardized management to move towards a higher level.
