国内与国际公共信息导向系统标准化对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Domestic and International Public Information Guidance Standards System

为加强标准实施,提高对国内公共信息导向系统标准体系的认识,本文系统梳理了国内与国际公共信息导向系统标准体系,对比发现,我国该标准体系整体水平优于国际标准体系,但是我国公共信息导向系统标准在落地规划和设计设置上距国外先进国家还有一定差距。基于此,文章提出加强国内公共信息导向系统标准的实施以及向国际标准转化的建议,以期为加强标准实施及正确认识我国公共信息导向系统标准提供指引。

In order to strengthen the implementation of standards and improve the understanding of the domestic public information guidance system standards system,this paper compares the domestic public information guidance system standards system with the international one,and found that the overall level of China’s public information guidance system is better than the international standards system,but there is still a big gap between China’s public information guidance system standards with the ones of foreign advanced countries in the aspects of implementation planning and design setting.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the implementation of the domestic public information guidance system standards and transform it to the international standard,so as to provide guidance for strengthening standards implementation and correctly understanding the Chinese public information guidance system standards.
