摘要
多年来,虽然压缩机生产企业在提升产品质量、提高机组效率、降低运行能耗方面做了大量工作,也取得了一定成效,但由于压缩机属于单件、小批量定制产品且种类、型号繁多,机组运行环境和服务的工业领域不尽相同,因此本文利用NQI一体化思维方式就压缩机的能效因素进行检测和量化分析研究,对工业流程节能降耗具有十分重要的意义。
Over the years,compressor manufacturers have done a lot of work in improving product quality and unit efficiency and reducing operating energy consumption,and achieved certain results.However,since the compressor belongs to single-piece,small-batch customized product with various types and models,and the unit operation environment and the industrial fields of service are different,it is of great significance to detect and quantitatively analyze the energy efficiency factors of the compressor by using the NQI integration thinking method for energy saving and consumption reduction in industrial proce sses.
