摘要
水中低含量总有机碳在线监测仪利用紫外氧化电导法,从而实现对水中低含量的总有机碳浓度实时监测。目前国内尚没有统一的评价方法及相关低浓度标准物质。本文依据研制的一套低浓度总有机碳标准物质,阐述了水中低含量总有机碳在线监测仪的校准方法。通过校准仪器的检出限、示值误差、重复性、稳定性及记忆性等参数,分析了该方法下仪器可行性的校准技术要求,评定了其浓度示值误差的不确定度。结果表明该方法简单可靠,能够满足仪器校准及溯源要求。
The low-content total organic carbon online monitor in water uses the ultraviolet oxidation conductivity method to realize real-time monitoring of the low-content total organic carbon concentration in water.At present,there is no unified evaluation method and related low-concentration reference materials in China.In this paper,a set of lowconcentration total organic carbon standard materials is developed,and the calibration method of the low-concentration total organic carbon online monitor in water is described.By calibrating the instrument’s detection limit,indication error,repeatability,stability and memory,the technical requirements of the instrument s feasibility calibration under this method are analyzed,and the uncertainty of the concentration indication error is evaluated.The results show that the method is simple and reliable,which can meet the requirements of instrument calibration and traceability.
