基于铁路客运互联网售票场景的数字人民币支付研究

Research on E-CNY Payment Based on Railway Passenger Internet Ticketing Scenarios

铁路作为传统行业,应当顺应时代发展潮流,以信息技术应用为基础,以互联网金融为支撑,以为旅客货主提供便捷高效的支付工具为目标,以保障铁路客货运输进款安全为前提,大力发展铁路电子支付,不断满足旅客货主多渠道、多方式的支付需求,推动铁路运输供给侧结构性改革,提高铁路服务质量和经营效益。基于人民银行对数字人民币建设的政策要求,研究铁路客运互联网售票场景的数字人民币支付方案,介绍了研究背景和现状、数字人民币支付流程和关键技术,并初步探讨了数字人民币在铁路客运互联网售票场景应用的经济和社会效益。

As a traditional industry,railway industry should follow the development trend of the times,and vigorously develop railway electronic payment based on the application of information technology and internet finance,so as to provide convenient and efficient payment tools for passengers and cargo owners,and ensure the income safety of railway transportation.Railway electronic payment is conducive to continuously meeting the multi-channel and multi-method payment needs of passengers and cargo owners,to promoting the structural reform of the supply side of railway transportation,and to improving the quality of railway services and operational efficiency.Based on the policy requirements of the People's Bank of China for the construction of E-CNY,this paper studies the E-CNY payment scheme for railway passenger internet ticketing scenarios,introduces the research background and current situation,the E-CNY payment process and key technologies,and preliminarily discusses the economic and social benefits of its application.
