开启人才培养新征程:对“图情档”一级学科更名的释读 被引量:15

To Start a New Journey of Talent Cultivation :An Interpretationof the Disciplinary Renaming of “Library,Information and ArchivesManagement” to “Information Resource Management”

摘要 “图书情报与档案管理”一级学科拟更名为“信息资源管理”,未来的人才培养必将在这次变革中开启新征程。人才培养应是对图书情报与档案管理学科的传承,但可能存在的学科教育与市场需求、学术研究与专业教学、理论教学与专业实践等方面的脱节需要在人才培养体系的传承中充分考虑。人才培养将在信息资源管理内涵挖掘与外延拓展中得以深入发展,学科知识体系的不断延拓和持续精进赋予了人才培养过程中丰富的营养成分。人才培养要注重“信息资源为王”战略新支点的多行业人才打造,反哺社会各行各业。人才培养要强化交叉融合拓展边界中的人才核心能力构建,培养出更多未来信息职业的领导者和变革推动者。 The first-level discipline“Library,Information and Archives Management”has been renamed“Information Resource Management”,which brings new opportunities and challenges to its talent cultivation.As for talent cultivation,the newly-born first-level discipline“Information Resource Management”should not only attach great importance to the legacy of“Library,Information and Archives Management”,but also take into consideration the possible disconnections between disciplinary education and market demand,academic research and professional education,theoretical education and professional practice,etc.Talent cultivation should be further developed in the connotation mining and extension expansion of“Information Resource Management”,while the continuous extension and continuous improvement of the discipline knowledge system will provide talent cultivation with rich nutrients.It is proposed that“Information Resource Management”talent cultivation should pay more attention to students’core competencies in the integration of interdisciplinary for cultivating more leaders and promoters in the future information profession,so as to supply more leading professionals for the information industry and other industries.
