共词网络视角下的图书情报学术论文研究方法演化

Analysis on the Evolution of Research Methods of Academic Papers in Library and Information Science:A Perspective of Co-word Network

文章从共词网络视角出发,将主题演化分析研究思路引入研究方法的演化分析,以反映主题维度下研究方法的演化情况,并提出学术论文研究方法演化分析模型。首先,通过关键词语义类型划分和基于共词强度的选词策略构建共词网络;其次,利用Louvain算法对共词网络进行主题识别,并根据相邻时期主题关联的强度来构建主题演化链;最后,依据主题演化链从主题社区中提取研究方法类关键词以初步构建研究方法演化链,在此基础上通过研究方法的扩充及其重要性评价对研究方法演化链进行优化,并对该演化链进行分析和阐释。实证结果表明该模型可以较好地从主题维度描述其对应研究方法的演化情况。

From the perspective of co-word network,this paper introduces topic evolution analysis into the study on the evolution of research methods,so as to reflect the development of methodology under a certain topic,and proposes an evolution analysis model of research methods in academic papers.Firstly,it constructs a co-word network through segmenting the keywords in line with their sematic types and adopting word-selection tactics based on the strength of co-words.Secondly,it identifies co-word networks by using Louvain algorithm and develops a topic evolution chain according to the strength of topic correlation in adjacent periods.Finally,it builds a preliminary evolution chain of research method by extracting keywords on research methods from theme community according to the theme evolution chain.On this basis,it optimizes the evolution chain through research method extension and importance evaluation,and gives further analysis and explanation of the evolution chain.The empirical results show that the proposed model can better describe the evolution of corresponding research methods from topic dimensions.
