Usage Intention of Smart Healthcare Driven by Privacy Concern:A Perspective of Temporal Evolution

文章在时序演化视角下,探寻隐私关注驱动的智慧医疗使用意愿演化规律,为智慧医疗情境下的用户画像分析和隐私保护提供对策建议。基于信念更新理论将智慧医疗的用户使用行为划分为预备使用、初步使用和持续使用三个阶段,并以保护动机理论、隐私计算理论、期望确认理论和沟通隐私管理理论为基础,构建隐私关注驱动的智慧医疗使用意愿演化模型。收集有效问卷309份,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明:在预备使用阶段,隐私关注正向影响初步披露意愿,感知严重性、反应效能、反应成本和隐私倾向正向影响隐私关注,自我效能负向影响隐私关注,但感知易感性对隐私关注没有显著影响;在初步使用阶段,初步披露意愿正向影响感知信息控制和感知收益,但对感知风险没有显著影响,同时感知信息控制正向影响感知收益;在持续使用阶段,感知收益、感知信息控制和感知风险正向影响期望确认,感知收益在感知信息控制与期望确认的关系中起部分中介作用,信任在感知信息控制与期望确认的关系中起正向调节作用,期望确认正向影响满意度,而满意度正向影响持续使用意愿。

From a temporal perspective,this study investigates the evolution of usage intention of smart healthcare driven by privacy concern,and provides advice on user portrait analysis and privacy protection under the context of smart healthcare.According to the theory of belief updating,the user behavior of smart healthcare services is divided into three phases:pre-use,initial use and continual use.Based on the theories of protection motivation,privacy computing,expectation confirmation and communication privacy management,anevolutionary model of usage intention of smart healthcare from a temporal perspective is established.With 309 valid responses received from a questionnaire,the structural equation modeling(SEM)is employed to examine the model.The results show that privacy concern positively affects initial disclosure intention in the pre-use phase.Perceived severity,response efficiency,response cost and disposition toward privacy positively affect privacy concern;self-efficacy negatively affects privacy concern.However,perceived susceptibility has no significant effect on privacy concern.In the initial use phase,initial disclosure intention positively affects perceived informationcontrol and perceived benefits,but has no significant impact on perceived risk;and perceived information-control positively affects perceived benefits.In the continual use phase,perceived benefits,perceived informationcontrol and perceived risk positively affect expectation confirmation.Perceived benefits play a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived information-control and expectation confirmation,and trust plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between perceived information-control and expectation confirmation.Moreover,expectation confirmation positively affects satisfaction,and satisfaction positively affects continuous usage intention.
