提高光干涉式甲烷测定器维修率的应用研究

摘要 基于矿井光干涉甲烷测定器中的核心部件瓦斯室频繁进水的情况,在修复瓦斯室所需的气室胶上,经过反复实验,得出了松香和凡士林油的配置比例是7∶3,按照这个比例熬制出来的气室胶,对瓦斯室粘合修复效果密封性为100%,而后在重新找光干涉条纹的过程中,利用1 cm宽5 cm长的找光片总结出一套快捷、准确的维修操作工序,操作方法简单实用,易于掌握。该技术推广应用后,提高了光干涉测定器的维修率,每年节省材料费用10.5万元,提高工作效率3倍。 Based on the frequent water inflow in the gas chamber,the core component of the mine light interference methane detector,on the gas chamber glue required for repairing the gas chamber,after repeated experiments,it is concluded that the configuration ratio of rosin and vaseline oil is 7∶3.The gas chamber glue boiled according to this ratio has a bonding and repair effect on the gas chamber,and the tightness is 100%.Then in the process of re finding the light interference fringes,a set of quick and accurate maintenance operation procedures are summarized by using the light finding film of 1 cm wide and 5 cm long.The operation method is simple,practical and easy to master.After the technology is popularized,the maintenance rate of the optical interferometer is greatly improved,the annual material cost is saved by 105000 yuan,and the work efficiency is increased by three times.
