摘要
提供了一种检测化学原料药安乃近残留溶剂的分析方法,可定量分析安乃近中残留溶剂甲醛的含量。检测方法是采用DB-WAX柱,FID检测器,柱温为80℃,进样器温度为200℃,检测器温度为350℃,在程序升温条件下进行检测,以外标法进行计算。结果表明,甲醛浓度在50.0~300.0μg/m L之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.999 8,相对误差RSD<5%,该检测方法得到的峰型较好,溶剂峰和甲醛峰分离度好,且操作简单,快速,准确,灵敏度高,可定量检测甲醛含量,为提高安乃近产品的质量提供了保障。
This paper presents a method for the determination of residual solvents in metamizole sodium,which can be used for the determination of residual formaldehyde in metamizole sodium.The detection method is as follows:DB-WAX column,FID detector,column temperature 80℃,injector temperature 200℃,detector temperature 350℃,under programmed heating condition,calculation by external standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between formaldehyde concentration at 50.0~300.0 mg/mL,RSD was less than 5%,R^(2) was 0.9998,the peak shape is good,the separation of solvent peak and formaldehyde peak is good,the method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and can be used for the quantitative determination of Formaldehyde content,thus ensuring the quality improvement of analgin.
