Fenton氧化法处理高盐制药废水的研究

摘要 为了实现高盐制药废水的达标排放,采用Fenton氧化法对高盐制药废水出水进行深度处理,通过单因素实验与正交试验研究了废水初始p H值、H_(2)O_(2)投加量、硫酸亚铁投加量以及搅拌反应时间等因素对制药废水的处理效果。经试验确定最佳反应条件:p H值为3、H_(2)O_(2)(30%)投加量为5 m L、H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+)为20∶1、反应时间为30 min。在最佳条件下,废水中COD的去除率达67.41%。经Fenton处理后的废水有机物种类与浓度均发生了变化,部分复杂有机物转化为较易分解有机物。 order to achieve the standard discharge of high salt pharmaceutical wastewater,fenton oxidation method was used to treat the effluent of high salt pharmaceutical wastewater.The degradation effects of initial pH value,hydrogen peroxide dosage,ferrous sulfate dosage and stirring reaction time were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimum dosing conditions were determined as follows:pH value was 3,H_(2)O_(2)(30%)dosage was 5 ml,H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+) was 20∶1 and reaction time was 30 min.Under the best conditions,the removal rate of COD was 67.41%.The type and concentration of organic matter in the wastewater has changed after Fenton treatment.Some complex organic matter has been transformed into simple organic matter which was easy to be decomposed.
