基于QAR的飞机燃油监控及节油管理研究

Research on Aircraft Fuel Monitoring and Fuel Saving Management Based on QAR

航班运行中,燃油管理是民航局和航空公司共同关注的重要话题,是事关航空公司安全与效益的重要一环,在确保飞行安全的前提下最大限度地降低燃油成本是燃油管理的核心原则。为了在飞行安全与燃油成本控制两者之间找到符合运行实际的最佳平衡点,利用在航空公司多年的燃油管理经验,结合中国民航局CCAR-121-R5中的新燃油政策,基于QAR数据译码后建立的燃油监控模型,提出飞机地面运行和空中飞行节油策略,为航空公司推进节油工作提供参考。

Fuel management for flights is an important topic for airlines and CAAC,and it’s a matter of airline safety and benefit.On the premise of ensuring flight safety,minimizing fuel cost is the core of the fuel management.In order to aim at the best balance point between flight safety and fuel cost control is found.Based on the author's years of experience in fuel management in airlines,combined with the new fuel policy in CCAR-121-R5,the fuel monitoring model was established based on QAR data as a means to put forward and analyze the fuel saving strategies for the aircraft on the ground operation and in the air flight,so as to provide reference for airlines to promote fuel savings.
