摘要
提出了一种基于GIS的炮射航行通告监控系统,实现了炮射航行通告自动识别、分析、绘图、告警等功能,并从缓冲区分析、时间和空间识别等方向进行优化,解决了空管情报部门监控炮射航行通告中的困难,提高了监控能力和效率,在实际工作中应用良好。
This paper proposes a monitoring system of gun-firing NOTAM based on GIS.This design completes the automatic identification,analysis,drawing,warning of the gun-firing NOTAM,and optimized from buffer analysis,time and space identification.The system solves the difficulties in the aeronautical information departments of the ATMB,and improves the ability and efficiency of monitoring gun-firing NOTAM.It has excellent performance in practical application.
