基于产教融合的现代家政服务人才培养模式探索——以清远职业技术学院现代家政产业学院建设为例

Exploration of Modern Home Economics Service Talent Training Mode Based on the Integration of Industry and Education--A Case Study of the Construction of Modern Home Economics Industry College of Qingyuan Polytechnic

产教融合是现代职业教育主要的人才培养模式。校企共同打造“一个目标、三大主体、三个战略、五大岗位、六项融合”的现代家政服务产业的教育生态模式,共建家政产业学院,需要校企双方在环境建设、人才培养方案建设、教学资源建设、“双师双能型”队伍建设以及产学研服务平台建设等方面开展系统性的探索与实践。清远职业技术学院现代家政服务与管理专业经过多年的探索与实践,形成了基于产教融合的现代家政服务人才培养新模式,为新时期现代家政服务产业人才培养提供了有益的借鉴。

The integration of industry and education is the main talent training mode of modern vocational education.Schools and enterprises jointly create an educational ecological model of modern home economics service industry with“one goal,three main subjects,three strategies,five posts and six integration”.In order to jointly build home economics industry college,it is necessary for both universities and enterprises to carry out the systematic exploration and practice in the construction of the environment,the personnel training program,the teaching resources,the team with the feature of“double teachers and double abilities”and the industry-university-research service platform.After years of exploration and practice,the modern home economics service and management major of Qingyuan Polytechnic has formed a new cultivation mode of the modern home economics service talents based on the integration of industry and education,providing the useful reference for the talent training of modern home economics service industry in the new era.
