菲律宾家政服务人才培养的经验优势对南粤家政服务人才培养的启示——以清远职业技术学院开展南粤家政服务人才培养实践为例

The Experience of Home Economics Education in Philippine and Its Enlightenment to the Training of Home Economics Service Talents in Guangdong--Examples of Qingyuan Polytechnic Taking the Training Practice of Domestic Service Talents In Guangdong

随着我国人口老龄化步伐加快,养老育小对家庭的负担加重,社会对优质家政服务及其人才需求日趋迫切。通过对菲律宾家政教育优势进行文献调查和案例分析,借鉴其成功经验,结合南粤相关政策和清远职业技术学院现代家政服务与管理专业办学成效,提出符合南粤特色的家政服务人才培养建议,以期增加农村剩余劳动力的再就业机会,缓解家政服务人才市场的供需不匹配,并助力乡村振兴。

The need for the provision of quality housekeeping and domestic services and its professional talents is becoming more and more urgent with the aging population and raising more children in a family.This paper starts with the literature investigation and case analysis of the advantages and successful experience of home economics education in Philippine.Then it introduces the relevant policies of Guangdong and the school running effect of the major of modern home economics service and management of Qingyuan Polytechnic.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the training of home economics service talents with the characteristics of Guangdong in order to increase the reemployment opportunities of rural surplus labor force,alleviate the mismatch between the supply and demand of domestic service talent market,and help the rural revitalization.
