基于摩擦学机理的编织绳丝断裂试验装置设计

摘要 编织绳在外载荷作用下,绳股与绳股之间、绳丝与绳丝之间由于摩擦接触作用而产生应变并传递应力。当编织绳受到载荷作用而失效时,必然是从最小单元绳丝断裂开始。绳丝断裂过程中的形变阻力除了受载荷作用影响外,绳丝间的摩擦接触状态对其也有很大的影响。基于摩擦学机理,笔者提出了一种模拟编织绳绳丝间摩擦接触状态的试验方法,并自主研制了试验装置。该试验装置为软材料试样切割性能测试提供了一种切实可行的测试方法,为阐明绳丝间摩擦接触对编织绳断裂失效的作用机理提供了有力的试验数据。 When the external loads are applied on the rope,the strain are revealed and the stress are transferred between monofilaments due to the frictional contacts.The fracture of the minimum monofilament leads to the braided rope’s performance degradation.In addition to the influences brought by the external load,the frictional contact states plays an important role in the process of the monofilament fracture.Based on the Tribological Mechanism,an experimental method and test rig are put forward to demonstrate the frictional contacts between the monofilaments.The test device provides a practical device and test method for the cutting performance test of soft material samples,and provides powerful test data for clarifying the action mechanism of friction contact between ropes on the fracture failure of braided ropes.
