【Purpose/significance】Based on the fusion perspective of patented technology and industry, explore a development model that is conducive to the synergy of the two,and promote the construction of a benign intellectual property ecosystem under the interconnection mechanism.【Method/process】First,by combining patented technology decomposition and industry classification, the IPC and corresponding technology and industry categories were associated mapped.Second, with the help of related methods of co-occurrence analysis and social network analysis, from patent data sets oriented to a specific field, finding the potential technology-oriented and industry-oriented association types and modes and identifying the interdependence in it was realized, then a corresponding bilateral analysis framework was built based on this.【Result/conclusion】Taking the field of new energy electric vehicles as an example, the feasibility of the above analysis framework for guiding the forward and reverse bilateral analysis of patented technology and industry was demonstrated around the data relationship layer and the method path layer respectively.【Innovation/limitation】It provides new ideas for the promotion of industry innovation and transformation aimed at technology application, and the technology development and layout oriented by industry demand, the related research and application of this framework can be strengthened in terms of the degree of automation or the depth of the industry chain in the future.
