城乡公共体育资源的优化配置探析

发展失衡是统筹城乡体育一体化发展的根本动因.城乡体育一体化发展的目的是要打破传统的城乡二元分割,实现城乡体育公平、协调发展.城乡体育一体化发展的困境有城乡二元结构没有根本破除,城乡体育要素融合的保障机制不健全,城乡体育公共服务的供给机制不完善.文中提出优化城乡公共体育资源的配置,促进城乡体育之间的良性互动,充分发挥小城镇体育的中介作用,创建共享体育空间,保障农民工的体育权益,完善体育管理体系,健全农村基层体育组织等出路.

Unbalanced development is the fundamental reason for the integrated development of urban and rural sports.The purpose of the integrated development of urban and rural sports is to break the traditional division of urban and rural sports and realize the fair and coordinated development of urban and rural sports.The difficulties of the integrated development of urban and rural sports include:the urban-rural dual structure has not been fundamentally broken;The guarantee mechanism of the integration of urban and rural sports elements is not sound;The supply mechanism of urban and rural sports public service is not perfect.The research puts forward:optimize the allocation of urban and rural public sports resources;Promote the positive interaction between urban and rural sports;Give full play to the intermediary role of sports in small towns;Create shared sports space to protect migrant workers'sports rights and interests;Perfect sports management system,perfect rural grassroots sports organizations and other outlets.
