阈下自闭特质与情感心理理论表现关系的元分析

A meta-analysis about the association between sub-threshold autistic traits andaffective theory of mind

阈下自闭特质是典型发育个体表现出来的与自闭症谱系障碍相似的行为特征、人格与认知特点的集合.根据自闭症谱系障碍在基于眼中读心任务(reading the mind in the eyes test, RMET)的情感心理理论表现上存在缺陷,许多研究推测阈下自闭特质与情感心理理论能力存在关系,但研究结果仍然存在争议.因此,本研究使用元分析进一步探究阈下自闭特质与情感心理理论之间的关系.结果表明:阈下自闭特质与眼中读心任务存在显著的负相关(r=-0.182, 95%CI=[-0.232,-0.131],P<0.000 1).这说明典型发育人群中的高自闭特质个体在情感心理理论上存在一定程度的不足.

Sub-threshold autistic traits refers to a set of behavioral features,personality and cognitive features that are similar to autism spectrum disorder and observed in typically developing individuals.According to the autism spectrum disorder have a worse performance than typically developing population in the affective theory of mind based on Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test(REMT),some researches predicted that Sub-threshold autistic traits are associated with the performance affective theory of mind.However,the current research results are still controversial.therefore,this study used meta-analysis to explore the association between sub-threshold autistic traits and affective theory of mind.The result showed that sub-threshold autistic traits were significantly negatively correlated with performance on the REMT(r=-0.182,95%CI=[-0.232,-0.131],P<0.0001).The result indicates that individuals with high autistic traits in typically developing population have a certain degree of deficiencies in affective theory of mind.
