摘要
采用省时、环保、低成本的液相合成法,在室温下成功制备了比表面积高达425 m^(2)·g^(-1)的ZIF-67纳米颗粒。通过XRD、BET以及SEM等测试手段,研究了ZIF-67纳米颗粒的理化性能。由于高的比表面积,以及咪唑环与苯环的π-π键相互作用,ZIF-67纳米粒子对污水中的亮绿(BG)染料显示出1989 mg·g^(-1)的超高吸附能力。经过乙醇进行解吸再生处理后,ZIF-67显示出良好的可再生利用性能。经5次吸附-解吸循环后,ZIF-67纳米颗粒对BG的去除率仍大于85%,表明制备的ZIF-67纳米粒子对有机染料BG具有良好的吸附性能,为ZIFs材料在污水处理中的应用提供了新的思路。
Adopting liquid-phase synthesis method,time and cost saving and environmentally friendly,ZIF-67 nanoparticles with high BET surface area(425 m^(2) g^(-1))were successfully prepared at room temperature.The physiochemical properties of ZIF-67 nanoparticles have been well studied using X-ray diffraction,BET analysis and scanning electron microscope,etc.Due to the high BET surface area withπ-πinteractions between imidazole ring and benzene ring,ZIF-67 nanoparticles exhibited extremely high adsorption capacity(1989 mg g^(-1))for brilliant green dye(BG)in wastewater.After ethanol desorption,ZIF-67 nanoparticles were characterized by excellent reusability,with BG removal rates still higher than 85%after adsorption-desorption for 5 times.The results demonstrate the good adsorption of ZIF-67 nanoparticles for organic dyes,offering new ideas in wastewater treatments.
