金属波纹管波峰轮廓成形误差的研究

摘要 为研究金属波纹管在液压胀形过程中波峰轮廓与设计波峰轮廓的误差关系,以及由此带来的性能的影响。以无加强U型金属波纹管为研究对象,利用Deform软件对液压胀形过程数值模拟,对两种波峰轮廓建模,利用Hypermesh软件进行单式膨胀节整体轴向弹性刚度的数值模拟。结果表明:波峰轮廓呈现类二次曲线特征,波峰顶点径向偏差最小,波峰两侧径向偏差最大,达到0.698 mm。改变成形压力与轴向进给速度,波峰轮廓变化较小。成形轮廓的整体轴向弹性刚度比设计轮廓的整体轴向弹性刚度大7.2%,接近于国标刚度公式的计算结果。 The paper aims to study the error relationship between the crest profile and the design crest profile in the hydraulic bulging process of the metal bellows,and the effect of this error on the performance of the metal bellows.Taking the non-reinforced U-shaped metal bellows as the research object,software Deform was used to simulate hydraulic bulging process numerically,and then two crest profiles were modelled,and the overall axial elastic stiffness of a single expansion joint was numerically simulated by Hypermesh software.The results show that the profile of the forming crest presents the characteristics of quasi-quadratic curve,with the smallest radial deviation of the peak of crest profile,and the largest radial deviation of the two sides of the peak,up to 0.698 mm.The crest profile changes less when the forming pressure and axial feed rate are changed.The overall axial elastic stiffness of the formed profile is 7.2%larger than that of the designed profile,closer to the calculation result of the national standard stiffness formulation.
